Dario's Story

​

Dario is a qualified and ambitious Head Chef with over 27 years of culinary experience. After completing a degree and gaining a Master Cook Diploma at culinary college in Poznan, he worked as a cook across different restaurants and hotels and progressed from Chef de Partie to Head Chef position.


Coming to Scotland gave Dario opportunities to work closely with other experienced and talented chefs from different countries, and allowed him to enhance his culinary skills and cooking techniques within regional and international cuisines, including French, Italian, Mexican and traditional Polish cookery.


Having worked with the owner of a highly reputable Guest House in Crieff and most recently at Gleneagles Hotel in Auchterarder, Dario has developed his own cooking style and decided to open his own catering business - so he can share his love and passion for food with others.
